Liked the convience the best. close to food, market, nightlife and neighborhood friendly buisnesses. Room and hotel maintenance has lessened since 2019, but the bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. overall, worth the low price!

This is a good hotel considering price. Bed and room is clean. Staff are friendly. Its in the center of everything. Next to Bui Vien street. Niece bar upstairs. Only complaints is a bit of a noise during the weekend since its close to the bars. Will go back if I returm to Vietnam.

Great Value and Location

It was very conveniently located. Everything you could need was in that area. The hotel was a little dirty but that’s a lot of buildings in that area so I would suggest having that expectation. There were a lot of ants but that’s very common in Vietnam. The staff are extremely friendly. They assisted me with every request I had. They also do laundry for a reasonable rate. For the price and the location it’s very much worth it.

飯店男櫃檯人員服務很好，女櫃檯人員超級差！ 還好拖行李的服務人員超級好～每天有問題都很積極幫忙我們，連搭車回機場叫不到車，都幫忙我們聯絡司機陪我們走到巷口大馬路看我們上車才離開，真的超級好！環境很普通，但態度讓人很安心很開心的旅遊！

We booked the Grand Suite and on arrival were told they were overbooked . Staff were apologetic and offered free taxi to sister hotel in 30 Tran Dinh Xu where we were given a much smaller room where the putrid smell of backed up sewerage kept us awake all night . Room was filthy and towels and bed linen stained . Air conditioning barely worked and overall was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. So this review is for the sister hotel not the original Green Star booked . Was glad to get out of there .

ホーチミン市内ののディープタウンにあり、ナイトクラブや飲食店が軒を連ねる場所にあります。夜の街を楽しむ方にはもってこいの場所ですが、静かな環境じゃなければ眠れないという方には不向きです。2泊中常にフロントは1人の同じ男性が担当されているようでしたが、感じの良い優しい方でした。部屋は、グランドスイートクイーンベッドを使ったので、室内は広く価格なりの満足感は得れました(エクスペディアのポイント2000ポイント使用し、2泊で6000円弱くらいの支払いでした)。私たちの部屋は大丈夫でしたが、部屋のドアの立て付けが悪く、廊下から室内がうっすら見えそうな部屋もありました。。また、ホテル全体で1日に使用可能な湯量が限られているのか、朝一はシャワーのお湯が出ない日もありました。また、2日目は、電波が悪いのかTV画面にノイズかあり見れませんでした。無料の朝ご飯は、4種類のメニューから好きな物が選べ(ほぼフォーなどの麺です)、その他パンやフルーツなどもありました。

被網站上訂房照片騙了！到了當地才發現不是有落地窗的套房，只單純是雙人床套房而已，害我們多付了錢才能升級到市景套房。住在綠星飯店真的是我這趟旅程最好的決定，床躺了就不想起來了，超級舒服的，飯店服務人員也很親切，很有耐心對待我們觀光客，飯店附近就是范五老街，隔壁就是超商，對面也有超商，坐車也很方便，推薦給大家參考，但我不會在這個網站上訂房了！

The hotel itself was good considering how much we paid for it. The room was so so. The walls could have used some paint. Sometimes we got dirty towels when our room was made. My main complaint is the construction going on upstairs. Every single day there is deafening loud bangs and drills - the staff didn't give us a courteous heads up that this was happening. Not the nicest thing to wake up to at 7am in the morning and having the banging throughout the day too - you can't even sleep let alone think!

Wem die Lage passt

Das Hotel ist eigentlich ganz ok, nur mit der Lage muss man sich abfinden können. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und dadurch sind die Bars und Clubs, aber auch das Geschehen auf der Strasse, sehr gut hörbar. Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig. Die Zimmer sind neu, modern und ausreichend, Wifi könnte besser sein.

The staff was welcoming and tried to help us when asked. Breakfast at the roof top terrace was nice however you were allowed to smoke there. A non-smoking policy would have been welcome. The hotel is situated in a party street and the noise at night was terrible. We knew in advance that there would be noise but it went beyond our wildest imagination.
