NOT GOOD AT ALL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT HERE. WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. AIPORT SHUTTLE TOOK 2 hours to arrive and go to hotel. Also room was not clean at all.

The rooms are pretty roomy and comfortable. Sometimes the shower heads are dirty and no much water comes out or the water don’t mix well and comes cold and then hot but that has happened just in one stay and I stayed there at least 8 times a year. I love their “park and fly” package, however, it was to be reserve only by phone, to be honest I do not like that I would like to be able to do it through Expedia) so I usually book the days before I fly on Expedia and the last day on the phone so I can get the deal of getting 7 days of free parking for my car.

The free airport shuttle was the main reason we stayed here. Finding the shuttle at the airport was kind of tricky since we were told it was a white van and there was a bunch of white vans picking up passengers and weren’t really told exactly where they picked up passengers. We missed the shuttle and had to wait about 30 minutes for the shuttle to return. Once on the shuttle, it was a short trip to the hotel. The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. They had a late night buffet which was a plus. We also had an early flight the next morning so we used their shuttle service. The shuttle was on time and we arrived with plenty of time for our flight.

It was not VIP- when we arrived there was no direction of where our room was located. The front desk was too busy in their own conversation that we were not truly acknowledged! We had to find our own way around & room service was terrible also I wound not recommend this hotel to anyone

Not recommended

I got our room and the AC was not working properly. I called the reception and told them about it. I was told to give it some time to cool off. I follow the advice, but everything was the same. I then, didn’t have water in my room, so I couldn’t flush the toilet or wash my hands. I called again to the reception and told them about it. I was told that there were no other complaints and they were going to look into it. A few minutes later, water starter coming back. Finally, the maintenance guy showed up and checked on the AC. He tried to tell me that the AC was working properly and that I needed to give it more time and that by 2 or 3am the room was going to cool off. I obviously did not accept this and told that that I needed another room. I was changed shortly after. The AC was working in the room but the toilet had a water leak and made a loud noise. The showers in both rooms had mold. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
