I will start by saying I have visited the Philippines several times and stayed at many different hotels. It seemed like the issue with this hotel was the management and overall programming. The breakfast was very disappointing. There was plenty of staff as normal in the Philippines except the staff did not serve coffee or anything for that matter. If I had employees already being paid, why wouldn’t I have them serving my guests? There was no music playing in the lobby and the place seemed dry and bland compared to other hotels I stayed at during my trip. I rarely saw any smiles and I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. There were vouchers to access the free WiFi which would disconnect for no apparent reason every other minute or so. That was strange. Not sure why they couldn’t ask for my name and room number as other hotels do. The best part about the place was the view and after talking with the staff for a few minutes their natural Filipino warmth would start to show. It’s almost like the management would ask them not to smile and everyone was very serious looking. I rarely post reviews because I don’t have time but I felt it necessary to share my experience. I think the property has great potential.

Very scenic

It is very remote but the hotel had the accommodations. Restaurant was 24 hrs and pool was nice. Very close to the airport and took about 20 min.

This property is priced well but even for that orice, it was disappointing Gym and Pool were ok. Rooms are ok. Left my gym clothes in The room when I checked out and when I called on the same day, theu said it was not there .

Room was fine and great view. Amenities mixed...

The room was adequate and met our needs. The view was outstanding and the pool was nice. There was a "room service" menu, but no instructions on how to contact anything in the hotel. Dialing the typical 0 (zero) for front desk just let it ring and ring, but nobody ever answered and there were no instructions on what numbers to actually call. The gym and "indoor basketball court" HAD air conditioning units, but none of them were turned on. We asked the front desk and they managed to activate the aircon for the exercise room, but stated that they would not turn on air conditioning for the basketball court. Honestly, what's the point of having an indoor basketball court if it is not air-conditioned in the Philippines???

Undermålig service, restaurang och renlighet

Vi valde hotellet då det var hyfsat nära flygplatsen och såg ut som ett finare hotell, lite roligare det vanliga flygplatshotellet. Tyvärr levde inte hotellet upp till några förväntningar alls. Det tog nästan en timme att checka in, då receptionen inte kunde hitta min hotels.com bokning i systemet. Till slut var jag själv tvungen att vidarebefordra min bokning för att de skulle slutföra incheckningen. När vi sedan väl fick rummet, så var det brunt vatten i både handfat och dusch. Inte vad man förväntar sig av ett större resort och hotell på 22 våningar direkt... Hotellrummen var oerhört lyhörda, man kunde höra hissens välkomstmeddelande trots att vi bodde 3 rum bort från den. När vi sedan skulle äta mat, var det bara lobby baren som var open for business. Där fanns en OK matmeny, men nära hälften på menyn var slut. Endast koreansk eller lokal mat fanns kvar (inga mackor, pizzor, endast en av tre pasta sorter, etc). Frukosten var under standard om man vill äta en ”västerländsk” frukost. Fanns bara frukost på koreanskt vis. Toastbröden var slut, det fanns ingen bacon, omelett eller liknande som man skulle kunna förvänta sig. När vi väl checkat ut, var det dessutom svårt att få dit en taxi på grund av avståndet från övriga ön. De hotellet kunde beställa ville ha en extra avgift på 100php för att ens köra dit. Det fanns inga butiker eller andra restauranger i närområdet. Att bo här över en natt hade varit uteslutet.

Staff was great... problem is rooms and hotel seem not finished... each room has a hot water heater... but its unplugged and up under the sink... took the first shower in with cold water... fit and finish of room is not good... door closer installed wrong that keeps you from opening door and not allow door to close... had to slam door to get it closed... door frame to small as well which did not help. 75% of pool closed. need a cab, they charge you to request one. View great from the rooms as the hotel sits at the point and has 270 % views.

Disapointing Hotel

The worker tried their absolute best to be kind and helpful. But I could feel they was totally overcontrolled by the administration. They was not free to do what they would like to, and what they learned from their education. This made the atmosphere bad. The prices of any service was extremely high, double of normal. The nice looking pool had not sanitized water. I did not swim, and I would not let my friends or children swim in that pool at that time. I can join some others previous guests, saying that I will not go back to this Hotel Harald Einevoll

ホテルはプールもあり雰囲気も良く清潔感もあり、とてもよかったです。空港から少し距離があり、移動手段がタクシーしかなく買い物などの移動が苦痛でした。ホテルでのんびり過ごすには良いホテルだと思います。

They're not trained at all.

Employees, services, very rude housekeepers and lobby lounge employees who don't care about customers.They didn't change the room even though there was no hot water in my room.Even three times!!!They're not trained at all. 직원들 엉망진창 입니다.패키지손님들 바글바글하고 온수가 고장난상황에 와서도 하우스키퍼는 삐딱하게 서서 주머니에 손넣고 짝발딛고 뭐어쩌라고 분위기 사과도 없고 객실을 바꿔줄수없다 3번이나 기술자를 불렀는데 방을 바꿔주지 않고 그들은 버텼다. 동네 최하급 모텔보다 못한 직원 서비스

최악의 리조트

화장실과 씽크대에서 하수구냄새 심해요 숙소비보다 세금이 더 비싼게 정말 짜증나요 조식최악이었어요 게다 수영장 물 정말 뿌옇고 더러워요 다신 그 가격에 안갈꺼같아요 씽크대는 있는데 가스가없고 햇반 댑혀먹으려고 했는데 커피포트입구가 굉장히 작아요 최신지은건데도 욕실부분 실리콘 다 뜯어져있고 화장실문입구 반대편에 불켜는게있어요 이거 만든사람 정말 바보아니야?라는 생각이 들었어요 또 택시기사들이 너무 멀어서 안가려고해요 게다가 잘 몰라요 지도다운받아가서 크게 보여줘야해요
