We came to the hotel late at night and the receptionist was having hard time finding our reservation in their system. I showed him the Expedia confirmation and even though he saw that we have a room reserved he refused to give us a room because he didn’t see the reservation in the hotel system. I had to call Expedia 3 times so they could call the front desk to figure out why in the hotel system they didn’t have our reservation. We got there around 2 am and it took them 2 hours to get a room for us.

Bunun dışında havuzda akşam görevli olan kadın çalışan havuz kapanma saatinden yarım saat önce geldi ve o an havuzdaki tüm müşterileri hadi çıkın diyerek rahatsız etti çünkü işi ancak bitermiş. İyi de havuzun kapanma saatine yarım saat var dememize rağmen belki birer dakika aralıkla hadi çıkın hadi çıkın demeye devam etti, neredeyse hiç durmadı. Bir de sanki küçük çocuk avutur gibi hadi çıkın yarın girersiniz diyor. Netice itibariyle o anda havuzda olan tüm misafirlerle lobiye şikayete gittik. Oraya dinlenmeye gelen misafirleri gerip bu şekilde rahatsız etmesi hoş bir davranış biçimi değil ve bazı çalışanların işi ile alakalı eğitim alması gerekiyor. Kafamızı dinlemeye gittiğimiz için bunların hiçbirine takılmak istemedim ama bir daha gider miyim bilemiyorum.
