Very nice remodel rooms. Love the room outside parking and starbucks is next door. Very clean room. Highly recommend this place. Breakfast is great as well. They had some protein option.

Stayed here based totally off of reviews, however the reality was different. For the price point, details matter. Yes, the building has been renovated; new paint, new linens, updated sink/counter, bathroom mirror, and carpet mean it’s worth the price point they are aiming for. Peeling paint, painted hinges, just throw more caulking on it, old shower fixture/enclosure, yellowed linens, animal relief area right outside the rooms, breakfast did not have all items in stock, breakfast area was about 100 degrees are some of the small details that will need to be addressed to justify the price. The room heater only went to 76 which normally would be warm, but due to the exterior door leaks the heater ran almost all night just to keep the room barely sufficient for occupancy. Also know the building is an old motel that all rooms have exterior doors and parking is directly out the room doors. Lot is small, however there’s a grocery store right next door that has a bigger lot for larger vehicles. The family that runs the place is hard working and you can tell they are pouring their heart and soul into the place. If you want to help their cause, then stay here.

I would say the room was clean, but not well cared for. The property is old, which is not the issue, but it is starting to look like lipstick on a pig in our particular room. Poor paint job, sticking bathroom door dings in the walls, etc. The mattresses were awful and my wife and child slept very poorly. I chose this hotel because of the star rating, but it's readily apparent that it's not accurate to the property and we were misled.

Consistently bad showers. No seals on doors and some poor insulation so it can be a bit noisy early in the morning.

Our room wasn’t cleaned when we opened the door. Management called for someone and they came and cleaned it. After cleaning, it was still dusty. Some tiles were missing in the bathroom wall and the flooring had scrapes on it.

apples at breakfast were wrinkled and borderline at best. The rest of the breakfast was typical and probably fine for most people. However, being gluten-free and dairy free is always a challenge for the typical hotel breakfast. There are however, many options that are naturally gluten-free that would be better. For example linked sausages, can often contain gluten and our too scary for people with gluten allergies unless they are clearly marked that they are gluten-free.

Yes, the room was clean enough to eat off the floor! The staff couldn’t have been any nicer! They upgraded me to a room that was modernized. I loved the painted valence around the ceiling, and the elegant presentation of towels. Didn’t use the microwave because it looked too complicated for someone my age. Breakfast was a very, very expanded cpntinental!
