The staff was awesome, they were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Always greeting me with a smile and a friendly hello. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I was very comfortable in the room. Bonus elevator access. Breakfast was plentiful and had lots of options to choose from. Location in old town was perfect I would recommend and I woyld stay again!

Hotel Old Town Sarajevo is fantastic! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Old Town and super walkable to all the main sights.
