One of the maids stole something from me, while I was in the room, so make sure you guard your belongings while staying here. I have never had that happen in a hotel until now; I guess the outskirts of Boston is different. The kitchen left a lot to be desired. The dishwasher was not screwed into place so it tipped back and forth when opening and closing it. There were 2 spoons in the drawer. I had to buy a frying pan because because there was not one. I guess people have stolen kitchen items (maybe the above-mentioned maid had something to do with it?), and nothing gets replaced. Overall, there were not enough kitchen items and some were in bad shape. The garbage disposal seal was in the drain so the garbage disposal threw stuff everywhere. The maids did not restock single use items such as the coffee cups. A maid told me I had to call the front desk if I wanted towels because she didn’t have any. The carpet and furniture was stained in many places. My daughter got a fungal infection from this hotel. I watched 2 different maids clean on 2 different occasions and I can tell you that the cleaning is minimal at best, and the process is wrong - cleaned the sink and then wipe off the kitchen counters. Gross. Maybe other rooms are better. The couch was very uncomfortable. Beds were okay. Breakfast looked and smelled gross. No waffles. There is not much to eat around the hotel. If you drive about a mile you have a few options, but it isn’t really walkable. Easy access and parking.
