One of my best hotel experiences ever! Very nice and comfortable room, great shower. Everyone in the staff were so nice and helpful. Really tasty and big breakfast with many options. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and we'll looked after. The great service at check in continued all through our stay. The food in the restaurant was excellent during both dinner and breakfast. The room itself was comfy, warm, but could do with a bit of freshening up. This didn't affect our stay at all.

Loch Ness Inn has found the balance of maintaining the charm without sacrificing modern amenities. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Our favourite part was having breakfast downstairs in the morning à la carte. And the Internet connection was much stronger than other places we have stayed.

Food - gluten free effort was exemplary. Even though the breakfast isn't all possible, they substituted things in so I didn't have a half empty plate. That's much appreciated - I often go without. My only suggestion is, source some GF sausages - GF black pudding is also a possibility. I'd have paid extra.
