Hotel is very centrally located, walking distance to the market, restaurants etc. view from the top when hot air balloons take off early in the morning is magical. Breakfast was fresh every morning and the staff was very warm and welcoming. Just too many steps to the terrace where breakfast is served and no elevator. Staff made every effort to make our stay comfortable. They even helped setup the airport transfers for us.

Staff was friendly and very helpful, Nalan the hotel manager is the best she help us arrange airport transportation both way and she booked excellent tours for us. She recommended good restaurants. Breakfast was really good and so many choices plus. rooms was small but nice. toilet was very small.small fridge make noise, rooftop needs improvement and lights is dark at night. other then that is a very nice and cozy place to stay.
