We were welcomed by the friendly staff and they were super helpful! They gave us a map with ideas of where to go and what to do. They offered us a drink as we waited in the lobby for the key and seemed genuinely happy to have us staying with them. The room was super clean and had a lovely balcony that we could sit out on and watch the activity down on the street. In the morning, they happily stored our luggage so we could explore ahead of our car rental being ready. We would be glad to stay here again if we find ourselves back in Lyon.
