われ後期高齢の元気ジジイなり。世話になる後輩の兄ちゃんの慰労で、瀬戸内山口から新幹線で駆けつけ畳部屋で二連泊…。宿の♨️風呂とその湯質が気に入り、二人で温泉浴をたっぷり楽しみやしたでございます♪。なに料理はだって？それももちろんわれは、スタッフのサービスを含め、大満足でございました。

We Americans stayed here for 2 nights. Highly recommended. Great cultural experience for those looking for an authentic ryokan in an older style building with communal bathing facilities. Japanese breakfast was really fun but I had little idea what I was eating. Go with an open mind! I was glad there were a couple of very helpful staff who spoke some English. Otherwise, it looked like all local Japanese guests there!

車を駐車場に止めたところからすぐにスタッフが出てきて接客が大変感じがよく人気の理由がわかりました。フロントの女性も気持ちが良いし翌日にお逢いした男性も丁寧でにこやか。会社の社員教育のせいなのか、支配人のおかげなのか安心できます。夕食も新鮮なお魚だけでなくお肉もあり、ちょっとてのこんだ先付けなどもあり、味付けも大変美味しく、リーズナブルな宿泊料なのにありがたい量であり質であり味でした。食事時間は夕方6時、朝は8時と決められてますし、定かではありませんがたしかフロントは10時までだったような？？？。しかし温泉も良いお湯ですし私的には充分でした。 お土産も1割ほど安く提供してあるようなので、同じものならこちらで購入したほうがお得みたいです。

従業員の方は、外国の方も多かったが挨拶や声かけなど親切な印象でした。夕食の品数がとても多く、肉と魚とバランスよく家族みんなお腹いっぱい食べられました。無料のマッサージチェアが、部屋と同じフロアにあり空いていて使いやすく良かったです。部屋は、絨毯のシミや設備の古さは気になりましたが、お値段が安いので仕方ないと思いました。しいて言えば、部屋にあるドライヤーの風がとても弱いので新しくして欲しいなと思いました。大浴場のトイレが、和式だと子供が言っていて使いづらかったようです。エアコンもON、OFFのみで、夜など温度調整できると良かったです。 設備以外は、全体的に満足できました。
