Check in was easy, front desk clerk let us know she was new but was super friendly and got us checked in quickly. Air conitioner sounded like a motorcycle was right by the windiw by the bed when running, carpet had a tear that could be hazardous, door to our room had to be manually closed. We rented a second room and hotel could not find that with the resevation. I had to find a number to live expedia help and deal with it.
