Sausage links w/biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, bread, English muffins, apples, oatmeal packets, cereal, juice and coffee and tea. Lots of food options within walking distance. Exercise room was not available - separate bldg.

I was initially hesitant to stay here due to some recent reviews, but our experience turned out to be very positive. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hot breakfast. They offered a generous selection, including sausages, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, oatmeal, waffles, a variety of juices, flavored water, hot beverages, cereal, yogurt, and more.
