The hotel was outstanding as was the service. Omar made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped in until we left. Hotel is very stylish, we had a family duplex which was lovely and spacious. Our daughter enjoyed having a floor to herself with separate bathroom. Hotel offered us a complimentary tour to Murano with pickup just outside. Bed super comfortable.
