Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage, hoteleigener Parkplatz um die Ecke (Einparken teilweise schwierig aufgrund Unkraut, dieses sollte entfernt werden), Pluspunkte waren, dass eine Klimaanlage. Minikühlschrank und Safe vorhanden waren, mein Einzelzimmer war allerdings sehr klein, sehr gutes Frühstück (leider nur abgepackte Marmelade)

The location is so handy if you are using the excellent public transportation. We found everything clean and tastefully decorated. We used the laundry service and they did an excellent job. We also needed help making reservations for dinner in another town and they helped us so much with that or we never would have been able to do it.

Everything was excellent for our 3-night stay. From the moment we arrived, to the very end, everything there was wonderful. Our rooms were clean, the staff pleasant, and breakfast was fantastic. The best is the location of the hotel. It’s right near the Haarlem Central Station, and bus station. This made travel very easy, and also next door is bike rental for exploring the town and surrounding area easy. It’s a hidden gem!! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved this hotel - from the gorgeous, moody decor, to the delicious breakfasts, to the friendly and helpful staff. We traveled with our two young kids and were treated kindly by everyone despite the noise they sometimes made. We were sad to leave and would love to stay here again!

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel within walking distance of everything! Near the train station, which is helpful. Our only issue was with the air conditioning. No one told us that it is necessary to push a power button each time upon entering the room. We just assumed our room was hot because the building was old, so we were pretty uncomfortable. We didn't discover until we were leaving what the issue was with our a.c. It would have been a perfect stay had we been told the trick with the a.c. Excellent breakfast available.

We loved staying here instead of staying in Amsterdam for our trip to the Netherlands. This location is incredible to enjoy Haarlem and to transit into Amsterdam, Zaandam, and Zaanse Schans as the train/bus station is right across from the hotel. There is also bike rental next door which we rented bikes to bike out to the tulips fields (Tulip Experience) and Zaanvoort. Overall, our room was great, bed was comfortable, front desk was helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!
