Personel ilgiliydi. Muhammed kardeşimiz elinden geldiğince yardımcı oldu. Otopark olmaması sadece otel giriş ve çıkışlarında problem yaratmaktadır. Otelin önünde bulunan cep parklar otel tarafından belediyeden kiralanabilmesi iyi olurdu. Odalar temiz. Tek sıkıntı taştan olan mağara odalar. Taşın yapısı gereği ara ara dökülmeler olabiliyor. Bunlar dışında otelin konumu gayet iyi. Tavsiye ederim.

Hotel difficile à trouver dans la petite rue surtout quand la lumière n'est pas allumée. Personnel très serviable et sympathique, Conseil sur les visites en Capadocce mais aussi pour le reste de la Turquie. Bon petit déjeuner . Possibilité repas du soir, simple mais bon.

Der Sevice und die Qualität war auf hohem Niveau. Die Zimmer waren sauber und im alten Stil. Standort des Hotels war sehr gut, direkt in der Stadt. Erwartet nicht zu viel vom Frühstück. Gebe es im Zimmer noch eine Kommode und ein Mini Kühlschrank wäre es ideal. Trotzdem im ganzen ein gutes und angenehmes Hotel was ich empfehlen würde. Bin mit meinen 2 Cousins gekommen und hatten sehr viel spaß.

Find a better hotel with a better price

It is not worthy for the price. Not clean. Our room had big butterflies and a bug. Toilet was outside which you will need to go out at night without light. If you open the lights bugs were coming. I didn’t like our room and the items in the room. Also, we booked a room for two people, they gave for 3 people room with separate beds. When we asked to change the room they said the hotel was full. The toilet was dirty, we asked them to clean, they used toilet brush to wash the exterior of the toilet as well. Cleaning was not professional and very bad. I would expect more facilitation when we say these problems, but they answered that we are being sensetive. We expect to be treated better. Sad experience.

Otelin yeri Google Maps’te yanlış gösteriliyor. Parkın yasak olduğu yolun kenarında. Otelin “otopark”ı YOK. Google maps’te belirtildiği üzere olanaklar kısmında Ücretsiz Park alanı ve Klima yazmasına rağmen ikisi de yok. Televizyon da yok. İnternet de yok gibi yataktayken çekmiyor. Pencereler pislikten geçilmiyor ve de sineklik yok. Odaki eşyalar tozdan gözükmüyorlar. Yer temizliği hiç yapılmamış. Nevresimler, battaniyeler solmuş, yırtılmış. Otel fotoğrafları Photoshopmuş. Otel restaurantı ile içiçe, bahçe girişindeki Dereyamanlı isimli odayı verdiler. Başka oda istediğimizde diğer odalarımız rezerve dediler ama gelen giden olmadı. Yoldan geçen arabaların ve kapıdan girenlerin gece boyu gürültüsünden uyuyamadık. Odadaki tek priz yatağın kenarında değil kapının yanında. Odanın lambasının düğmeleri yastığa denk geliyor. Minibuzdolabı ve Kettle da yok. 24 saat oda servisi de yok. Çünkü odada TELEFON da yok! Otelin GÜVENLİĞİ yok. Şayet gece 12den sonra (24:00) otele girmemiz gerektiğinde otelin dış kapısının kilitli olduğunu bizim uygun anahtar ile içeri girip tekrar kilitlememiz gerektiği belirtildi. Kahvaltıda çeşit azdı. Patates kızartması gibi sıcak servisler yoktu. Simitleri de küçük küçük keserek koymuşlar ve o da bitmeye yakındı. Not: Akşam otopark sorunumuzu ve genel anlamda memnuniyetsizliğimizi belirtmemize rağmen herhangi bir şey söylemediler ve bir özür mahiyetinde bir şeyler getirilmedi. Great value, location, and service!

Very friendly staff. Mahomet was very nice and did everything to make me comfortable. He was the best. It's a great location, very affordable and great value. I had a single room. Nothing fancy, but as expected. Just wished there was a tv and a desk, but I still was able to make do. The internet wifi was not so strong in my room.
