Quarto limpo porém sem limpeza diária… café da manhã com bom preparo… não utilizamos bar e piscina. Local agradável. Precisa de manutenção na parte hidráulica. As torneiras do Bwc não funcionam adequadamente. Banho e pia. Quente e frio, sem ajuste manual.

No geral a Pousada é muito bonita e bem cuidada, o café da manhã é bem satisfatório. Maiores pontos positivos são a localização, estacionamento próprio e atendimento. Pontos fracos; colchão - sem resistência alguma e o Wi-Fi é bem inconsistente. Mas, voltaríamos com certeza.

A pousada é um charme e a piscina aquecida e a sauna fazem a diferença principalmente nos dias de frio e chuvisco que pegamos durante a estadia. Café maravilhoso e o ambiente muito acolhedor. Garagem no centro de Paraty que é uma maravilha, compramos e deixamos as coisas no quarto porque é dentro do centro histórico.

Lugar lindo. Piscina ótima, café farto e redes confortáveis para um cochilo à tarde rs. Quarto limpo, espaçoso e cheiroso. Todos os itens de higiene necessários estavam inclusos. Funcionários simpáticos, recepção acolhedora. No Centro Histórico, a poucos passos do agito, mas isso não interfere no sono; a Pousada é muito silenciosa. Voltarei com toda certeza, recomento 100%.

A not restful experience

The hotel itself it was good, better than expected. The breakfast is also good and they made me check in earlier than expected. End of the good things. Bad points: I booked a superior room, the duvet cover were stained of brownish stains, the pillow case was also stained, the bed lining was teared and broken on multiple points. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life. The WiFi is terrible, pretty useless. The walls are made of paper like material, and I was so unlucky to have as a room neighbors some guys that were making noise until late night. I tried to search some help from the night receptionist but it was pretty useless. The windows are open and you cannot close them, so if you don’t want to have the room full of mosquitoes you should keep the shutters closed and stay without natural light. The noise from the street is also pretty annoying.
