Le petit déjeuner n'était pas prêt avant notre départ de l'hôtel à 8h alors qu'il était sensé être prêt dès 7h. La chambre était impeccable. Le système de fourniture d'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas. Mais le personnel a pu nous trouver un chauffe-eau pour nous dépanner.

Durch die freundlichen Mitarbeiter werden viele Sachen nebensächlich. Man kümmert sich so gut es geht. Sicherheit ist gewährleistet.An die Lage keine großen Ansprüche stellen.Labadi Beach ist von dort mit Taxi für 15 Cedi aus der Stadt zu erreichen.

It's an averagely good place to stay

The hotel is okay, staff are friendly and ready to help. They attend to you with courtesy and the room is good. The air-condition is working well and the TV/cable. However, the bathroom towel is old, needed to be changed. On the average, i will give them 75%

The hotel itself is located in a special hidden unique area in New Town. It is very quiet and shopping is available outside the doors of the hotel. The vendors are very friendly! It is also a very safe area and security is available 24/7. The hotel structure is a beautiful older building with great potential to be even better! The area outside the hotel patio is a great place to barbecue 👌 😋! There is also ample parking in the rear! I highly recommend tourists to visit this amazing historic hotel. The manager and his staff do an "Awesome" job there! I see this hotel transforming into a "5 Star Hotel" in the near future!

Do not go nor waste your money. Everything about this hotel was gross. The rooms were not dirty. Filthy. Bathroom fell apart. Staff is very unprofessional. I got a refund immediately and got the heck out of there. Filthy rooms!!! I wish I could submit pictures of this place. My husband and I were not at all pleased! This place needs to shut down

Alles in allem top praktisch, gerne wieder

Wir hatten ursprünglich ein Basic Doppelbettzimmer ohne Balkon mobil gebucht für einen guten Preis von knapp 20€/Nacht für 8 Tage. Als wir ankamen, war es belegt. Dafür bekamen wir ein Queensize Zimmer mit riesigem Doppelbett, viel mehr Platz und Balkon. Das war grandios. Den Folgetag mussten wir umziehen, durften aber wählen und bekamen ein Badicdoppelbett, aber mit Balkon und immer noch mehr Platz als ursprünglich gebucht. Es war zu aller Tag und Nachtzeit die Rezeption besetzt und jmd ansprechbar sowie alle Zeit hilfsbereit. Wir durften uns immer wieder Dinge ausleihen, wie einen Wasserkocher, Messer, Schüssel... Wir haben die Einfachheit und Unkompliziertheit sehr genossen. Auch hat man für uns zu einem sehr fairen Preis Wäsche gewaschen. Die Umgebung war dafür, dass es mitten in der Stadt gelegen ist, verhältnismäßig ruhig. Direkt nebenan hatten wir viel Spaß beim Billiardspielen und ebenso nah gab es heimisches Essen: Fufu mit Suppe, Fisch, Hühnchen und Ouvergine. Alles super preiswert. Flughafen, City und Küste sind relativ schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!

Overall, the description stating that the hotel is near the airport is misleading. It was not. In fact, it was many miles away from the airport. I was unable to sleep all night due to construction work being carried out in the hotel, which clearly did not take into account the convenience of the guests. The noise was so loud that, early in the morning, I did not hear anyone knocking on my door for breakfast. The hotel's breakfast arrangements were poor. I was told that someone had knocked at my door, but when I replied that I hadn’t heard anyone due to the noise from the construction, with masons and others making loud sounds, no one seemed concerned. I was accused of locking the connecting door between the room and the foyer. This was a convenient excuse. The breakfast on the second morning, which consisted of bread, eggs, and tea, was as cold as could be. The room itself is spacious, but the bathroom is horrible. The windows are broken, dirty, and unsightly.

This is an old hotel, founded in 1979. Undoubtedly, it was either well maintained over the years or recently refurbished. The room was spacious, decent, and great. The curtains are dirty, the same goes for the wardrobe. The louvers are dirty, with a few broken. Sadly, the air-conditioning is located right over the widow, with the cool air escaping through the broken windows. The city has grown, causing noise of all kinds at all times. I arrived late and when i asked to speak with the chef, i was told that there was no kitchen on the facility. So, i ended up starving. In the morning, i was not served breakfast. When i inquired about this, i was told that my door was knocked but no one replied. I wonder how they expected me to separate the non-stop noise from the streets, from the constant pounding from the facility, etc. from a knock on the door. This hotel has potentials but the managements need to attend to little things to make this facility attractive to people. I took photos to support this review.

DISAPPOINTED

This is the worst place I've stayed in.They can't even provide drinking water for guest,even if you want to buy. Some stuffs were stolen from my room and I complained to the manager.I also wanted to know who cleaned my room.The lady in question refused to answer her phone when called,according to the manager and he wasn't straightforward and did not pursue the matter. Worst customer service EVER!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL OR YOU RISK LOOSING YOUR IMPORTANT SYUFFS.
