I’ll start by saying…your options while staying in Pampa are…not great and this hotel still seems to be the best option. With that being said, the cleanliness is seriously lacking. I’ve stayed here numerous times and will likely have to do so again. I recommend looking over your bath towels before drying off. This is what mine looked like.

Misty was amazing with my reservations! We have handicapped parents traveling with us as well as my daughter and granddaughter and she was incredibly helpful to be sure we had the right rooms to make our stay easy! She is a super hard worker and always ready to jump up and he’ll! The other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful as well!

Stopped in after heading back from Colorado and Jean was an absolute doll to have working the front desk. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a roll away bed, and even delivered it to us personally. She handled check in efficiently and quickly. As someone who travels very frequently I will say your front desk person is your business and they will make or break a return visit. We will definitely keep this on our route if needed.
