영종도에서 새우먹고 방문했는데 룸컨디션 깔끔하고 좋았어요 주변에 먹을거리 많고 1층에 편의점있고 편해요!

객실은 청소가 도어있으나. 중국단체 손님을 받는관계로 복도가 시끄럽고 바닥카페트가 낡아 비위생적으로 보여짐, 룸시설이 낡고 출입문이 자동으로 잠기지 않는등 스리가 필요하고, 건물이 오래되어 방에서 공공한 묵은 방냄새가 많이남. 찝찝한 느낌 많이 남.

경치가 좋은호텔

오픈한지 얼마 안된 호텔이기도하고 객실이 400개가 넘는 큰 호텔이면서 전면이 바다뷰라 정말 큰 기대를 하고 갔습니다 로비에서의 첫 느낌은 높고 넓고 확트인느낌이 너무 좋았어요 체크인을 할때 직원분들이 세분 계셨는데 불친절한건 절대 아니었지만 전반적으로 일처리가 깔끔하지 못해서 호텔의 퀄리티를 깎아내리는듯한 느낌을 받았습니다 예를들면 언어구사라든가... 결제확인 미흡이라던가... 이건 윗분들의 책임이 아닌가합니다 그 다음엔 객실 너무 좁더라구요 샤워를할때마다 문이 없으니까 세면대쪽은 한강이되고(3급호텔수준)관광을하려고 아침에 나와서 오후 여섯시에들어갔는데 룸 청소가 안되서 크레임을걸고 로비에서 30분정도 기다려야했는데 그냥 간단히 죄송하다고하고 끝나더라구요;; 사람들이 하는거라 실수는 있을 수 있지만 대응이 너무나도 미흡해서 아쉬웠습니다 그리고 그 많은 객실에 엘레베이터가 세개 있는데 다른 호텔을 안 가보신분들인지.. 너무불편해서손님이 많으면 엘리베이터 기다리다 짜증나겠어요 이건 설명이 길어지니 직접 다른호텔에서 체험을 해보심이좋을듯하네요... 느낀점은 호텔의 퀄리티를 높이면서 최상의 서비스로 손님을 맞이한다기보다 너무 수익만 생각하면서 하는 장사가 아닌가라는 생각이 들더라구요 호텔에서 바다가 바로보이고 너무 좋았지만 정말 그것만 최상으로 좋았어요 가격이 7만원대라 그정도의 수준이었다고나할까 호텔 규모에비해 정말 아쉬웠습니다...개선책들이 꼭 필요할것 같네요 호텔은 얼마든지 있으니까요...
