What a Dream

we have stayed at the Ultima for the second time. The stay could not have been nicer or better. 100 points is rare in a hotel, but this hotel deserves the maximum number of points that can be awarded for a stay. we are used to very good hotels but Ultima Gstaad is absolutely great. We enjoyed the 4 nights extremely and will definitely come back soon. a big thank you to the unique crew!

A paradise with style

The staff was extremely attentive, helpful and very friendly. The hotel even provided shuttle service until evening hours. What left a deep impression was the cleanliness and attention to hygiene (especially now during the pandemic) - all pens and even credit card was returned only after being disinfected.

Excellent hôtel avec un nombre limité de suite ( 10 environ). Tout est à un niveau exceptionnel dans ce chalet hôtel ( mobilier, service, infrastructure, gentillesse personnel). A family treat to remember

I enjoyed an awesome stay with my 3 teenage kids at the Ultima. We fell in love with the hotel the moment we entered the reception - truly a jewel! It is so stylish but still very homey and the rooms are absolutely amazing. Having stayed at many nice 5-star hotels, the Ultima is quite unique in the sense that you get a fantastic blend of luxury, design and chalet chic. It even has its own, posh cinema room which we liked a lot. Also the spa and pool area is really breathtakingly beautiful. The gym is rather small but the equipment top notch allowing for a variety of workouts. The Ultima is super clean and very well maintained and the staff very competent and client focused. Unfortunately we couldn't try the restaurant as it is closed between winter and summer season but it goes without saying that we will be back for another unforgettable treat at this great place!
