Hotel nada recomendado. Habitaciones no aisladas y sin vidrios de ventana por lo que se escucha todo el ruido interno del hotel y del exterior. No se puede dormir nada de todo el ruido, tanto exterior en las habitaciones que dan a la calle, como tampoco se puede dormir nada en las habitaciones internas debido a todo el ruido de la recepción y otros huéspedes. La cama es demasiado incomoda y no es doble, por lo que también dificulta descansar y la habitación no se ve para nada como se presenta en las fotos al momento de reservar. Precio demasiado elevado versus la comodidad del hotel en la semana de carnavales. Único punto positivo es la atención y que es cerca a los lugares de conciertos en la semana de carnavales.

Mala Experiencia. Habitación pequeña y costosa.

No fue una grata experiencia. Reservé cinco meses antes. Tres noches a una tarifa de $158.580 por noche, para 3 adultos y dos niños; pero un mes después el Hotel me contacta para informarme que, por ser mi estadía en época de Carnaval, la tarifa subiría a $304.473 por noche (un incremento del 92.16%), y de no aceptarla entonces cancelarían mi reserva. Me pareció abusivo y luego de varios días y discusiones, respetaron la tarifa original. A la llegada, asignaron una habitación que daba justo a la vía principal, y el ruido no permitía tranquilidad. Diez minutos después, solicité cambio de habitación; me dijeron que esa noche no era posible, y que lo harían el día siguiente (nunca sucedió). Era pequeña; demasiado pequeña como para hospedar a tres adultos y dos niños. Un total de tres camas (una individual y dos dobles), que dejaban un espacio en la habitación por el que difícilmente se podía caminar; prácticamente era un hacinamiento. La cama individual tenía un mal estado (constantemente se le caían las tablas) y no permitía un buen descanso. La cabina de la ducha tenía fuga de agua al exterior, por lo que tuvimos que poner una toalla en el piso, para contenerla. Al siguiente día quise dejar el hotel por inconformidad, pero no lo aceptaron. Realmente la habitación es muy pequeña, básica, sencilla y le falta mantenimiento. No comprendo como este hotel se atreve a cobrar $304.473 (96 USD aproximadamente) por noche, independientemente de que sea o no temporada de Carnaval.
