Fantastic location nestled in between Ocean Park and Condado, close to airport and beach area, easy bus/Lyft access to Viejo San Juan. Sean and Cristina are excellent hosts that took great care of me and my mom during our stay. The apartment was cozy and comfortable. There was some street/party noise late Friday and Saturday as the building is close to a party area, but it tended to die down quickly. We were staying there the last weekend of Spring Break so some noise was to be expected! A great option for budget/student travelers, well equipped with beach going supplies of coolers and a beach chair even!

Loved how cute this apartment is, felt very homey and the owner was very kind. Complimentary transportation from the airport from a very kind sweet woman named Virginia. Loved the art in the area and the lively streets of Loíza. Walking distance from the beach and all of the food spots and bars. 7 minute drive from viejo San Juan. Will stay book again next visit!
