My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Hostal Ventisqueros. Room was spaciuos, clean and warm with a comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful and friendly, for our day trip to Las Torres del Paine, they provided to us two lunch boxes to go. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the standard triple room with kitchen (room 6). The property is centrally located and also very convenient for the Bus Sur bus terminal. Our room on the first floor was light, spacious and quiet. The host was friendly and welcoming and as our room was ready when we arrived, we were able to check in 3 hours ahead of the usual check in time for which we were very grateful. As we were leaving early morning on both days we were provided with a very good “breakfast to go bag” in lieu of taking breakfast at the property which we greatly appreciated. Our only issue was with our room -the kitchen in particular and in some respects the bathroom were very “tired” and in urgent need of a refresh / refurbishment - dirty and heavily scuffed doors, rusting radiator etc see photos. The bedroom was fine and appeared to have been more recently painted. In spite of these shortcomings we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were clean. Beds were sufficient. Parking was available but it was shared with owner/staff in single lane parking. However, they were quite accommodating and let us keep our vehicle parked there past our check out time. Building is quite old and the shower didn’t work well (wasn’t draining properly so I had to rush my shower). Everything was nearby such as restaurants and shops. We did the solo expedition boat tour and that was only a 15min walk away.
