只有適合休息，不便宜

他是在機場裡面，不是在對面的shaping center 因為用連結到購物中心內，然後這間只能休息，沒有淋浴與廁所，有點不方便，但房子裡面算蠻安靜的，雖然有時候會聽到外面的聲音，CHEckin 8pm. Checkout 8am要特別注意

I made a reservation in February for April at ZZZleepandGo BGY Airport, Orio al Serio and paid the full amount of €54 in advance. Upon arrival, I had a very unpleasant surprise: out of the two self check-in machines, only one was working. After finally reaching the machine, I was informed that the property was fully booked and that there were no available spots, even though I had a confirmed and prepaid reservation. I was given a U.S. phone number for customer support. I did not call because it would have meant additional international call charges. In the middle of the night, I was left without any solution. As a result, I had to spend the entire night sitting on a chair in the airport until my early morning flight. Afterwards, I tried to contact the property, but their attitude was dismissive. They attempted to blame me for the situation and showed no intention of refunding the money. Eventually, I contacted Hotels.com. After explaining the situation, they quickly understood the issue and processed my refund within minutes. Conclusion: I absolutely do not recommend this place. It is better to pay €20 more for a reliable and proper hotel than to risk being left without accommodation in the middle of the night. I do not recommend ZZZleepandGo BGY Airport, Orio al Serio.

L'idea alla base di questo servizio è eccellente e il prezzo è molto competitivo. Purtroppo, però, l'esperienza all'interno della cabina è stata deludente. L'arredamento è datato e il lettino appariva vecchio e decisamente rovinato. Durante il soggiorno ho riscontrato diversi problemi tecnici: il monitor non funzionava e non è stato possibile spegnere le luci. Inoltre, la mancanza di aerazione rendeva l'ambiente eccessivamente caldo, costringendomi a tenere la porta aperta per poter respirare. Un vero peccato, perché con una ristrutturazione e più cura sarebbe un'ottima soluzione."

Non sono riuscito nemmeno ad aprire,intanto i soldi gli avete presi, nessun personale dedicato (basta una persona e una sedia, non sto parlando di scienze cosmiche) e di conseguenza tutto il resto mi ha costato più di 100€ fra taxi e un albergo peer dormire 3-4 ore. Could not check in. Stuck waiting over an hour for support to fix my reservation. 10PM finally got in and at 11 someone opened my sleeping capsule because the admin team buzzed them in saying it was free. Left at 4AM to use the washroom and got locked out again. Called 20 times nobody answered. Finally after 35 minutes at 4:35 someone picked up and let me in. Cool idea but very poor execution. Bed was ripped but the place was 6/10 clean at least which was is manageable (if you can get in). Staff never apologized for the inconveniences or letting someone into my room and just blamed expedia.

Om te slapen is het perfect. Er is geen wastafel of wc in de zzzleeping Je moet je kamer verlaten door uitcheck en terug weer inchecken om op het vliegveld je sanitair behoeften te doen. Douche gelegenheid heb ik niet gevonden
