Absolutely stunning resort pools and really great staff. I will say, yes it’s a big resort so it’s a bit confusing when you get there and the reception is quite a drive from the Club. The pictures you see of the main pool with the waterfalls is the club, not the main resort. However, it’s takes longer to drive and the walk was only less than 10 minutes. We actually preferred the restaurant Maria with the pool down the road as it was quieter. We would 100% go back though.

The food/beverage credit or discount was not honored. Best to book directly through them to guarantee consumable credit. There is a distance from check in area to most stays, restaurants and main pool area building. Food and drinks were great. It was very packed, considering it was holy week (weekend) which is a major vacationing time for locals and country overall. Room (family room) was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the double sink vanity in bathroom was great with kids. Would have enjoyed more response from front desk as there is only one small garbage can in bathroom and we had a leak. We threw out multiple times a day in larger cans outside of our room. Views are impressive to say the least. Staff unimpressionable except for Alfred who was our waiter at main pool area and was very attentive.

I loved the ocean view and the villa we rented was beautiful. Food was great also. Did not like that we were misled to believe the villa was 100% consumable. The reception informed us that all reservations done via expedia.com do not qualify for this offer. Did not care to give us any discount or any help. They wanted us to cancel our expedia booking and pay them cash. They insisted on receiving $300 as a hold instead of $200 as stated on expedia’s website. Got to the villa and the second day the kitchen had a foul smell, and we did not have hot water for two days.
