Amazing breakfast. They did not have the rooms that we paid for whilst trying to downgrade our bedrooms! Rooms were very dirty! There was a rat running on the coffee counter! Outside our rooms on the exterior walls had cigarette butts and had a lot of garbage and dirt. No fresh sheets No fresh towels Pool was nice.

Conheço o Aipana a bons e longos anos, no mínimo 25 anos, cada ano que passa ele se reinventa e aumenta, o café da manhã sempre impecável, ontem tava mais gostoso que hoje e ontem também tinha mais opções de comida, agora o que me pegou nessa última estadia foi a equipe de funcionários com exceção dos recepcionistas que são uns amores e super simpáticos, os demais pareciam que estavam trabalhando forçado, bom dia, boa tarde e boa noite não se usa, tudo de cara fechada, amarrada, trabalhar com o público é difícil, mas existem programas de treinamento para melhoria de equipe, pensem nisso…
