Estancia familiar para celebrar un cumpleaños, a pesar que hizo mal tiempo lo disfrutamos, sugiero que se debe de cuidar más la limpieza de la playa, vasos regados y mucha basura, pésimo para el cuidado del medio ambiente, la habitación ya algo antiguas, emana un fuerte olor desagradable de las coladeras del baño, su personal muy atento. La comida sabrosa pero con poca variedad. A pesar la pasamos bien.

El hotel cumple como opción familiar, tiene varias actividades sobre todo para niños de 4 a 12 años los niños muy divertidos, los papás no tanto, el menú del restaurante bien con esperas algo largas en horas pico, el cuarto bien y las bebidas del Frigo regulares, el show infantil en el teatro muy bueno.

Todo muy bien, el personal muy amable, sobre todo el chef de los snacks que está frente a la alberca no recuerdo su nombre (el delgadito alto) el hotel aunque es viejo lo mantienen limpio, la habitación muy cómoda aunque la vista daba a un baldío y la comida está muy bien, ideal para ir con niños, mi nieta la pasó genial!!

Viajamos 2 semanas antes de semana santa, pensando que no iba a haber tanta gente. Había demasiada gente, tienes que hacer cola para el restaurante de bufette. La gente entra en playera a las albercas y no se les dice nada. La categoría del hotel ha bajado considerablemente. Los niños se divierten.

Resumen: NO SE QUEDEN AQUÍ. Instalaciones viejas y sucias. Los restaurantes de especialidad deben ser por QR y los empleados no ayudan en eso, hay pocos lugares, así que en tu primer día que llegas, vas a tener que ir al buffet (poca vsriedad y sucio). Siempre es la misma comida en el buffet de almuerzo, comida y cena . La comida está fría. En la playa permiten vendedores, por lo que cada 5 minutos tendrás a alguien molestando con vender algo. Habitaciones viejas y sucias. La peor experiencia de mi vida, no es como te lo venden en su página y aquí. Me dejé engañar por como se ve en línea y no es nada como se muestra, definitivamente no vuelvo y me llevo la peor experiencia en hotel all inclusive.

I suppose it depends what you are looking for ... we took our kids and this was a kid geared vacation, the kids were over joyed and had the best time. Entertainment , pools, water park and food are very kid friendly and for this reason it was good. ' This is for sure NOT a 5 star resort and if you are going with RIU , Dreams Expectations you will be disappointed. Food was not good, we left the resort often to eat , the maid service was terrible. However; staff was relatively friendly for the most part , booze was poured heavy, pools were great. In Summary : Would we go back ... No.... was it a nice family vacation ... Yes, There are many other resorts within the same price range that I would consider nicer , but that is my opinion.

I thought it was a great hotel the food was suberb, anything that we needed to be addressed was address right away. The only issue was the adult only area people were bringing their kids when their was no kids allowed. we got access to the Crown Paradise Golden adult only. I didn't like it the roof top pool was gross, and. you had to line up for food. The club is so much nicer and 3 pools, very close to the marina and the mall. staff was awesome. I would recommend this to anyone.

The stay was ok. Having stayed at this resort in the past multiple times and also.getting married there this stay was nothing like it use to be. It started with check in being an hour and half behind we could not check in at 3 we finally got into our room at 430. The hotel is not kept up as it once was. There was garbage in hall ways and stairwells that were there the entire week of our stay. Our room the beds were made up every day but they never left clean towels but would take away the dirty. The bar service at pool side was rare . The server that would come around was not very knowledgeable and more often then not would get the orders incorrect. The restaurants if you can get reservations were delightful especially the italian restaurant, the Mediterranean restaurant was alright and rhe french we never went to and you cant bring children in there after 7pm. The buffet was literally the same thing day in and out. Tv viewing if you are looking for any english channels not a thing. The night time entertainment at the club was great and is good for families old or young.

The food is terrible. We have 4 kids and even they couldn’t stand the buffet. We went out to eat 4 nights to avoid the buffet. Almost impossible to get a specialty restaurant. Tried every single day. Never got in. Staff is amazing though! Great location. Just the food is the downfall!
