Hotel was dirty. Homeless people were sleeping in the lobby and lurking around the property at all times. It smelled like an animal shelter in the lobby and cigarettes in my room. Our room was barely cleaned and the shower and bathroom were obviously not cleaned.

First,The room was excellent. On the first moment i arrived, the associate was mean. She wouldn't let me use the restroom or hold my bag or didnt say welcome. Second, i think your breakfast choices could be better. Grab and go. By the time you came at 7:30 nothing was left. Third, the people in the room above me were so noisy at 1:30 in the morning. Made it difficult to sleep. Too bad, it was centrally located and hope next time things will be better.

They did not have the room we had paid for. The hotel and the hallway smells like weed and urine. The room had no cabinet doors on them. Dresser drawers were missing. There were no blankets on the bed. We to call the front desk and go pick them up. When we pick them up, they were not even folded and had pieces of hair weave stuff to them. Also, there was no breakfast provided for the guest as average. No hairdryer in the bathroom one in the bathroom. This was the first time we ever stayed in an extended stay hotel, and we never will ever again.

Well, Price hotel just outside of the downtown of Providence. Somewhat featureless, but clean rooms, lots of hot water, nice people. Often time staff were elsewhere in the hotel and making it difficult to check out in the evenings.
