The room smelt putrid, like a wet dog that went to the toilet everywhere. We travelled here with kids and the carpet was wet. I think they must have allowed dogs in the room to have it smell this bad. No rooms left at hotel, so not worth complaining but the cleaners who came in the day before we moved in and then after the first night should have done something about it. If anything they should have tried to deodorise. It was that bad, I had to swap sides of the bed with my wife as she couldn’t handle the smell.  One of the kids in the single bed had to put her head at other end of the bed as the massive smell was unsleepable. Not a good result from a hotel owned by the big brands

All good. However, concerned about the amount of personal information collected how long before deletion, which other parties have access, and the likelihood of hackers. ( If the Dept of Defence can be hacked you guys are vunerable.)

We were unable to request a ground floor room, which we would have preferred if available. The bathroom was clean and new, but the toilet was situated in a place where you couldn’t sit straight because of the vanity. Awkward!

There is only one complaint I have. It really annoyed me that I paid for 2 rooms we travelled in one car yet when I came back to the motel I did not have a parking space. I was able to park further down just but surely you should be entitled to the space outside your room especially when you have 2 rooms.

My wife had a fractured ankle and it was very convenient for a drink and meals. Had a couple of free drinks and discounted meal. Great bonus.

Was a great location for the reason we were at Warwick. Staff very obliging. Bar and dining areas very good. Meals great. Could be more towel racks in bathroom area.
