Beautiful location. Our cabin was simple but adequate for our stay. Very nice pool area! Not too many food options in the immediate vicinity so best to be prepared and bring some of your own food and drinking water. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay, beautiful hot spring pool!

We stayed at Delight's Hot Springs Resort after a few days camping, and it was truly delightful! The small "cabins" were perfect for what we needed: quiet, private, with a bathroom and kitchenette. There were no in-room showers, which was fine because they were located in the private hot springs baths...ahhhh! That night we listened to the coyotes outside while we soaked in the private bath, so neat. I woke up early the next morning and went to their beautiful new pool to enjoy the early morning. The pool was a comfy 96 or so degrees, with smaller, hotter pools attached so you could rotate between temperatures. Staff was friendly and super helpful, pointing us toward a good place to eat in town. Will return the next time we're in the area!

GREAT PLACE JUST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXP

THEY TOLD ME ON THE PHONE CABIN 2 THEN PUT ME IN 4 UPON ARIVAL, I STAYED FOR A SECOND DAY HE TOOK MY CARD SAID NO PROBLEM. THEN HE FORCED ME TO MOVE CABINS, PROVIDED NO DISCOUNT FOR THERE MISTAKE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST NOT RIGHT. NEIGHBORS HIT ON ME AND MADE ME FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

McNeal Family has no heart!

Dear McNeal Family: I was thoroughly looking forward to staying with you, but I fell at home in Chicago and had to have emergency back surgery a few days before the trip. Every single other hotel on my 10 days trip to California desert gave me a full refund or, if it was a no cancellation reservation, at least gave me a rain check for up to a year. But not the DELIGHT HOT SPRINGS! Given the circumstances, I thought this was extremely low, especially given the fact that I know you were fully booked on the night of my reservation. Your staff was rude and unrelenting. I am very angry about this and will never recommend even though your place in the desert looked fabulous.

Our room for three was bizarre and probably the worst room I've ever had. OK the plus is the beds were fine. We had hot water and it was always on. There was no cold or cool water. They never told us that and luckily we had water to drink stored in our car. The hot springs pool is lovely as are the hotter smaller pools around the large pool. the bad: the carpet was disgusting, only the freezer part of the refrig was working , but not cold enough to make ice cubes. The kitchen sink was down a hall way. lights had chain pulls , or no sockets or bulbs, no TV in the room or hairdryers. There is a curtain for a door on the bathroom doorway and the carpet should have been replaced 10 years ago. Wall board was cracked and one wall looked like it had filled bullet holes. Thereis more and when we checked out and told of the mess, I was told nothing could be done. Well I am doing this and writing to tell the story.

A bit rough around the edges, but the desert location and the on site hot springs and pools are amazing! If you need fancy and to be pampered, this is not your place. Would return again.

Of decades of staying in hotels worldwide, this was the worst, sketchiest, rudest experience of my life. I understand they are remote, and there has been weather conditions that made it very difficult to communicate with them. But they used this to rip me off. And were weird about it. They pretty much ruined my vacation. Do not stay here.

We enjoyed our visit here. We rented a camper which was extra cool because our camper was the last one on the end which gave us an unobstructed view of the open desert. The hot springs were wonderful! There is a newer swimming pool area with more hot tubs and relaxing spring water. There are several very good restaurants nearby.

-Hot spring is great, but the water smelled breach. -Wifi is VERY spotty. (90% does not work) -The restaurant runs out of food at 6pm, beet is okay. -The room wall is VERY thin. You can hear everything from the next room. -No cell phone service

Check in took forever and the room I booked was unavailable, so we were put in a similar room. 2 queen beds instead of 1 king. They comped us a little towards a meal, but we had booked other plans in advance and didn’t have time to use the comp. Otherwise, wonderful stay, tons of room in the suite—huge bathroom, nice sitting area, nice amenities.
