We only had 1 night in Rome and this was perfect spot. Close to train and airport and walking distance to everything you would want to see in one day. Room was clean, bed comfy and complimentary breakfast helped get us on our way. We were greeted by the host and she was friendly and efficient. Definitely would stay again.

Amazing Hidden Gem in Rome

Me and my husband came to Italy on our honeymoon. Le suite de Barone was amazing for our stay in Rome. It was hidden away but in a beautifully central location a short walking distance from most sites. The room including the balcony was really beautiful and the service was wonderful. All of the staff there were so kind and accommodating and the provided breakfasts were amazing! Would more than recommend!

This is a great place to stay if you plan on visiting Rome. My wife and I were in Rome two days before a cruise. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. We had plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The small staff was very helpful. The room was very clean. It’s not a big hotel so you won’t have some amenities you can expect at a large hotel, but we didn’t care. We had a nice, clean room, walkable to all major sites, we had all we needed. The only place that wasn’t walkable was Rome Termini to catch a train to the port. The good news is there’s a taxi stand within a block from the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

The best accomodation I’ve ever stayed at in rome. The beds and pillows so comfty. The room spacious. Location and breakfast in our room excellent. The shower in the bathroom was also amazing (especially after a hot day roaming rome). Would totally stay again. The staff were excellent. I'm a stickler about where we stay when we travel and I read and researched extensively before picking Le Suite Del Barone. The facility and staff didn't disappoint and everything was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was very helpful, professional, accommodating, and we enjoyed our time with them. The home cooked breakfast was a wonderful touch and the location of this stay is perfect. It felt a little tucked away and difficult to find, but once we did we appreciated the location and the discreteness of the property. If you're in doubt about where to stay, search no more. Le Suite del Barone is magnificent!

The room and the balcony were very nice! Having breakfast delivered to our room daily was a lovely touch. The staff were so kind and helpful! The only negative would be the building itself. It is a private condo building with no lobby like a regular hotel. It is difficult to find the door as there is no sign. Also, the property is on the fourth floor up concrete stairs and a very small old-fashioned elevator. Overall, the location is great and the little touches made this a pleasurable stay!

Great location for walking to dining and historical sites. The staff were all very welcoming, efficient and polite. The property was very clean and the room was spacious and and comfortable. The included breakfast was also good. We enjoyed the terrace off our room. The property is a bit quirky as it is just 6 rooms and a small reception desk on the fourth floor of an old residential building. The owner did a very nice job converting the space into comfortable rooms and modern bathrooms. The bathrooms are a little different as they have an open ceiling into the bedroom and glass window to the room from the shower, with a blind. Overall not quite as private as we are used to. But the bathrooms were modern, spacious and clean. Note the elevator is slow and small. Also the desk is only staffed until 2:00PM. All things considered we found the room to be very comfortable and a good value. We would stay again.
