Great property staff were lovely in particular reception lady , she was so lovely. Rooms were spotless and well presented beds really comfy everything you needed. Only downside was shower , poor pressure and second morning had no water at all for a short time. All in was still a lovely place to stay

Great location in Napier centre. Friendly informative check in. Older type property but have done a good job modernising it. We had open plan balcony studio with a huge bed, lots of space and a nice little balcony to sit on. Fridge and microwave in kitchen, the room is also serviced. Enjoyed our stay at Expressotel.
