Let’s start with the positive, the breakfast staff were pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk indifferent. When we checked in we were given our room key with no information on where breakfast was and when, wifi, amenities. They never acknowledged us upon arrival or departure in the entire week we were there. The breakfast staff were pleasant but they quite often ran out of food. Breakfast started at 7 and went until 12. We often arrived at 8, but they were out of bread and fruit by then. The housekeeping were not quite up on refilling soaps and shampoos. We even left the lid off the soap dispenser in the shower, but they just put the cap on it without refilling it. The walls are paper thin. We were unlucky enough to have some very noisy neighbours and we were constantly woken up by them either coming in late at night, or talking on their phones. At the end of the day I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Llegué antes de mi hora de entrada y muy amable me ofrecían otra habitación (que se pagaba extra de) para esperar la entrada de mi reservación, nos apoyaron cuidándonos las maletas en lo que nos daban nuestra habitación, el servicio en general de todos fue muy amable, la comida del hotel está muy rica, las habitaciones súper cómodas, me encantó que tuviese Netflix y Amazon, mi pareja y yo nos sentimos muy cómodos en toda la estadía

Para una noche si eres de sueño pesado

El hotel para una noche está "bien" si puedes dormir en unas almohadas demasiado grandes y duras, con ruido "tolerable" en los cuartos de a lado y sin poder cerrar la persiana block out. Da apariencia que lo usan también como hotel de paso. Quise usar el business center pero estaban usándolo para una comida entonces sin lugar para trabajar. La red es lenta.

For the price we paid for was very worth it. We needed something close to Pepsi Center and this hotel this it’s job. Room was very clean, Breakfast was very good too, with a variety to choose from. Morning shift were very kind and professional. Afternoon/ night shift not so much… one of the nights we wanted to try out it’s restaurant and bar, but once we entered we were greeted by the bartender who was dying her hair… we sat down but then we immediately left because the smell of the chemicals of her hair were really stinking up the place :( very unprofessional. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but just because of this incident I can’t.
