There were many high quality features to this hotel, the room was very spacious with nice fittings and furniture. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet that had interesting and tasty items to choose from. Everything was nice about this property but what stands out the most was our host and concierge Mya and Lucie who were very hospitable and warm since before we came to the property. Average stay. Hospitality needs to improve on The hotel is located by the river, but it’s quite a distance from Dragon Bridge and the view isn’t great. Transportation around the hotel is also inconvenient. The interior feels a bit old-fashioned, with no USB charging ports, and the shower water pressure was just average. On the positive side, breakfast was tasty with good variety. Gypsy rooftop is great, and the staff there are excellent. We stayed here for three nights, then one night in Hoi An, and return on the fifth night. We requested to leave two luggage bags at the hotel during our one night away, but the front desk couldn’t give us an answer right away — they said they needed to check with management. To avoid the hassle, we ended up taking both bags to Hoi An. Hospitality is key for any hotel, and this is something the staff really need to improve on.

This was by far the nicest hotel that I stayed at. My room was very modern and clean. I’m shocked that this isn’t a 5 star. The breakfast was also really good and the area for breakfast was very clean and had beautiful views of the city.
