Great location. Our room was right on the beach with a wonderful view. The staff was welcoming and kind. The food was great and the hotel is located in a quiet part of town and you can easily walk or ride a bike to other areas along the beach.

Well located on the beach zone, friendly and helpful staff, we got an upgrade to our booked room upon arrival - only thing that I didn't like was to always use the little card to be able to put drinks/food on the room, it created a bit of a weird feeling they thought we wouldn't be paying for them, but that's just a minor remark.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I had the room with a partial sea view but it was an incredible view and I loved the balcony with the hammocks. The room was clean and bed comfortable, the shower was also great! The breakfast was delicious with good options, the beach was great with comfy sun beds and towels provided. The hotel also hired a bike for me to cycle to the Tulum ruins and recommended some delicious restaurants. I will recommend this hotel to everyone!

Lovely looking property which when booking was really quite affordable in comparison to other similar property on tulum beach front. Good location with most areas on beach zone walkable. We had a wonderful week staying at this lovely well located hotel. Very comfortable room, extremely friendly staff. So peaceful. There is music on the beach and pool area but it’s very chilled and unobtrusive unlike many other places along this stretch where they have the music pumping all day, so if you’re looking for a relaxing break , this is perfect.

The room was elegant and the beach beautiful. It's a smaller hotel that no larger hotels on either side, so it was quieter. I liked that there was a patio/balcony for sitting outside your room with a ladder on which to hang wet clothing. The food at the restaurant was very good and all staff -- restaurant, housekeeping, front desk, groundkeepers -- were very friendly and welcoming. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and I strongly recommend this hotel.

The service at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From check in to check out, they went out of their way to make our experience as perfect as it could be. The breakfast at the resturant is also incredibly delicious. The rooms are clean & updated. And the location is perfectly set in the center of the beach but not in the heart of the chaos that has taken over Tulum.
