Room was clean and well decorated. TV signal was poor and broken up. Not a welcoming hotel from the outside due to the bar downstairs being shut. Rand the number shown and someone opened up. Stay was fine overall

Lovely apartment , really comfy beds and nice cosy living area and kitchen, great location and friendly staff. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the windows are so thin and as I stayed on a weekend I barely slept because of the noise on the street - I recommend brining ear plugs!

Our stay at Friars Wynde was a treat x Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was warm and had everything you need .Being situated in the city centre makes it easy to access anything and everything you need Overnight was about a 5 minute walk from hotel but hotel has parking at back of hotel to use to take luggage through back entrance. Definitely going to stay there again really enjoyed our stay there ❤️

The location of the hotel is perfect! It’s right in the city center with plenty of attractions and dining options in walking distance. Staff were friendly and serviced the room daily. There is an overnight parking lot just a few minute walk down the road.

OK hotel

OK hotel. Great location. A bit worn out and very easy to hear the other guests in the corridor.

The room needs work. Apparently the cleaners had not prepared our room, so we got one that was larger. That's a plus. But the carpet was dirty and the furniture stained. The sheets were clean and the water hot. The staff were nice.

It was easy walkable from the train station to the establishment. The host that met me was a very nice young lady. It was a little noisy.

The place needs a lot of work, the carpets were awful. The bathroom was updated which was the only thing we liked about the room as well as its central location!

2/10 Poor

The accommodation was a rabbit warren and probably a fire trap. The toilet seat was badly stained, the bed (which we only sat on) was very uncomfortable. We found alternative accommodation and moved to somewhere much nicer.

Very good location. Nice clean room with a spacious shower. Despite being located in city centre, very quiet. Easy check in and check out, staff very friendly.

6/10 Good

This stay was fine. We regretted not having access to WiFi, which is so important for travelers. Our room was accessed through a maze of complicated hallways and corridors, so it was tricky to get to with elderly travelers. My mother got lost at least twice. The room itself was lovely.
