The rooms aren't well sound proofed, so you can hear the other guests in their rooms if they are being a bit loud, and you can clearly hear everything going on in the hallway or reception area. The breakfast provided was pastries and fruit. Overall would reccomend for a short stay.

Fantastic location for visiting Valle dei Templi - in fact it was an easy 15 minute walk so we could just leave our car in the parking area for I Segreti della Valle. We could even see one of the ruins from our bedroom window. The welcoming staff member was gracious and professional and provided lots of helpful information.
