Gorgeous well appointed very spacious apartment. Stylish modern decor mole decor with every home comfort included. Lovley bathrooms and kitchen Great location right in city centre and is only 5 mins to all uphill to all major shopping areas and restaurants. Theatre is now t far either if you are going to a show .

The apartment was clean and perfectly located for walking distance to everything! The train station, bus stops, and all the popular sites. Plus, there is a grocery store just a few feet away for groceries, fresh fish market, and if you need a bottle of wine to finish your evening… it’s next door! We will definitely return to this location in the spring for future travel to Scotland.

Great location, lots of windows and light. The space is perfect for accommodating 4 people. Beds were comfortable and loft was very clean. The fan in one bedroom sounded like a cat screaming. We couldn’t use the fan so there was no air flow after hot showers. It made for quite a stuffy sleep. Same light switches controlled lights next to bed which flickered on and off. Must be an issue with those switches. Hopefully they get fixed, it was quite annoying.

We enjoyed our stay with two teenagers who were so pleased to have their own space. Apartment was clean and very spacious. Communication was clear to access the property and inquiries were responded to promptly. Plenty coffee shops across the road and a Tesco nearby. Easy walk to/from Waverly and the bus station.

Not bad

This was an easy place to stay for a night near everything you’d want to walk to. There is no elevator which was a drag but seems common in Edinburgh, and we did find the bed so soft for our tastes that one of us slept downstairs on the sofa (which he slept great on). Prices in the city that weekend were sky high so we feel glad to have found such a big space that didn’t feel cramped or loud.

Super Wohnung and guter Lage

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sie war sauber, gemütlich und hatte viel Platz. Die Lage war auch super - es gibt ein grosses Shopping Center in der Nähe (wo man auch seine Koffer lagern kann nach dem Checkout) und eine Tramhaltestelle wo das Tram direkt an den Flughafen fährt. Es gibt auch diverse Cafés und Restaurants an der Strasse und die Altstadt is auch nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.

Perfect overnight stay

Lovely property, very spacious and clean. Stayed in flat 5 (single bed) and was perfect for a couple away for a night in Edinburgh. Communication was first class and when phoning customer service to discuss early arrival for parking purposes they couldn’t have been more helpful. 10/10 stay, we’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is nice and kind of comfy, except for one big miss (below) which kills the experience. The average rating comes from the lack of customers support / attention from the staff. It is just absurd that in a large well equipped apartment there is no adequate coffee machine: there is only a kettle with Nescafé bags and a French press with no coffee. The fob are induction ones and it is not possible to use an external coffee machine (which we had brought). When called to ask for help, the reaction of the employee pointed to having received multiple times the complaint but never cared to do anything about it (same for me). So this was a quite disturbing attitude - I know but don’t care - and the very fact that you can’t make yourself a decent coffee when you wake up in the morning really lowers the quality of the experience by A LOT
