房間很新很乾淨,空間大,空調也夠涼.我們的房間面對鐵軌,但噪音不大,沒有太大影響.飯店在火車RER的Rosa park站旁邊,走路兩分鐘,到巴黎東站和北站分別為一站到兩站.但去的時候巴黎北站的RER E線在維修,本來想藉由RER往返機場就很不順利.進入市區後來還是比較常搭捷運M 7線,捷運站離飯店不到10分鐘,沿路有多家超市和餐廳.雖然飯店不在市中心,但還算方便.

登記入住手續繁複，登記地點與入住地點離很遠。門鎖是壞的，不能上鎖。沒有電梯和冷氣機，而且暖爐是壞的，不能打開。枕頭有異味，十分可怕。而且價格比同區的其他酒店貴。完全不能接受這種服務，與價格不乎。不推薦！

We did enjoy our two-week stay here!

We did enjoy our two-week stay in this lovely hotel, you got almost everything you need in the room. Free croissants are available at the front dest every morning and the staffs are all friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good, close to Gare de Magenta (only one stop to Gare du Nord) and is within walking distance of Parc de la Villette. Safe neighborhood, and supermarkets and restaurants just nearby!

location is good, it is very close to Rosa Parks train station, it is so easy to transfer to other attractions by RER or metro, the studio is cozy, clean, and comfortable, the only problem is the noise from train passing, but it will be fine after 12pm, I will stay here when I come back Paris!

With the price they charged, we were very pleased with our stay in this hotel. Spacious room, mini-kitchen with all the basic kitchen utensils (even dishwasher and microwave) and cutlery, close proximity (2-minute walk) to RER station and 10-minute walk to metro station. Self-service laundromat was in the building. Having all these, this place may not be best for everyone. First, it is NOT a full hotel but an apartment-hotel, meaning that room-cleaning would be provided with surcharge. Second, it is located literally next to RER station and the noise would be an issue for certain people. We stayed in this place twice and at the second time the train track was about 50 meters away from our windows but since we live in a big city where noise was almost an non-issue and the train noise did not bother us at all. In fact, this place did a wonderful soundproofing job in the room. We were very happy with both stays in this place.

everything was perfect except for train noise

we stayed for 5 nights, and the train noise was not too loud but if you open the window for some air it is there all the time. was twin bedroom but if you are with a double bed might be quieter.

Suite à ma réservation j avais contacté m établissement afin d avoir dans l appartement pour 4 personnes une préférence pour des lits twin. A notre arrivée on nous a donné une chambre twin deux personnes. Nous sommes redescendus après 10 minutes on nous a donné un appartement avec un lit double. À 21 h j ai contacte l accueil pour leur signaler qu il n avait pas de télécommande le réceptionniste m à indiqué que c était le rush et qu il viendrait des qu il aurait le temps. A 23h 15 mon fils est descendu à la réception. Le réceptionniste lui a donné une clé de chambre pour aller lui même en récupérer une….. à notre départ à 6h un panneau indiquant que je reviens dans 10 minutes en guise de réceptionniste nous avons donc déposé nous même les clés sur l ordinateur. Je suis donc déçue de l accueil dans cet établissement 3 étoiles. Cordialement

Clean room and the professional staff upon arrival early morning. My suggestion only is to provide info in all basic local transpo in the area ie the location of Metro , bus…best place to eat in the area…local food store. Aside from that small things the whole experience in this hotel is nothing but perfect. Mahalo from Hawaii.
