Loved the stay here. Rooms were spacious and staff were very friendly. Its in Little India but its very near to the famous locations in Melaka. The toilets are also very clean and the heaters are working perfectly. Overall, great stay, will come back!

Decent stay

Stay was decent. Service was good, so was cleanliness. Location was good too, only a 10 min walk from jonker. Our room's Aircon was in need of service - it had a rattling sound which disturbed our sleep to the point where we turned it off, and used the fan instead. Other than that, all good.

Had a very pleasant stay with the THS. Even though the carpark was a challenge to locate at first, the receptionist took the trouble to walk with hubby to find the carpark. Its a small hotel with rustic and nostalgic feel. What impresses me most is the breakfast. They serve ala carte breakfast with local delights like nasi lemak and roti canai (which in my opinion - best)

A beautiful oasis walking distance to attractions

This was definitely a little hidden gem. An oasis near the busy town centre. The atmosphere was so relaxing, open and airy. The open courtyard where we had breakfast, open feel of the rooms with the glass bathroom, and the rooftop pool made our stay very relaxing. And being able to park our car on site and do everything on foot makes this one of the best locations I can think of for a hotel. 100% would stay here again and highly recommend. It should be a 4.5-5 start rating. Compared to other places we’ve stayed in Malaysia, this is one of the best so far.

For a 4 star hotel, there wasn’t any refrigerator. The bedsheets were tattered and has slight black stains. We’ve used the cups in the hotel room and the next day for room cleaning service, the cups weren’t washed.

Good Stay. 3 couples/3 rooms (all 50+). Smooth check in, courteous staff - friendly. Breakfast was just about okay - very limited and modest spread. Quality was average. Not very vegetarian friendly. Was told off when we asked for cooked eggs. Well located if you like on-main street location. Oveall comfortable. Breakfast can be / should be improved.

There's no 24 hours service. Hotel will lock the doors entrance (front & back). We have happened to knock the door when we came back from drinking around 2am and there's a foreign worker sleep over there standby to open the door. Overall it's a good stay.

Bad front desk management

I’ve booked 9 rms stay for my friends. On arrival We were told to pay in full upfront before we were issued the room keys. No receipts were given, was told we will get it when we checked out. Again not given the receipts when we checked out, and we’ve forgotten about it. Upon return home, found that l was double charged for 2 of the rooms. This is very bad mgmt of services and leave a bad taste for customers.

New hotel, nice room and great front desk staff

Treasures hotel is brand new and has a really nice layout with a courtyard in the middle. The front desk staff are exceptional, they were prompt with my questions before I arrive and very helpful when we were there. They speak good English and very knowledgable about the local areas, giving us answer to every questions. Our room is big, clean and well equipped too. We really like the interior design of the room, especially the bedside lights. It has a nice view to the rooftop Swimming pool which the kids enjoyed much. The bed is comfortable and there is a bathtub in room too. We walked to Jonker, while it is a little over 10 mins, it's good for me but the kids did complain a bit. I think the location is great as it is not far from Jonker so we can walk back and forth a few times but at the same time not right in the noisy street too. One suggestion is for the bathroom, I think it can be better equipped and the tiles around the bathtub is also rather slippery, not sure if something can be done.
