The A/C had a hard time keeping our room cool (68) despite it being cooler outside. Also the shower only had the curtain to block water, so our floors got drenched when we used it. Even turning the shower head towards the wall didn't help much. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean

This hotel is definitely beautiful. We stayed in an executive suite with a gorgeous bathtub, which was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. I came into town to visit my husband while working in town for two days and we ended up checking out a day early. The noise from the street was so loud I was not able to sleep most of the night. I then had to work from the hotel room the next day and again the traffic sounds like it’s inside the hotel room. It’s so loud. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they did absolutely nothing about it and offered no alternative. My husband and I checked out a night early so that I could go somewhere else and get some sleep. I would also like to add for such a nice Hotel, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets were horrible. Although the hotel was decorated very nicely, the comfort level was horrible. I would not stay here again.
