This motel is in a great location within Old Orchard Beach. Just steps from the ocean and few minute walk to the heart of the town, but far and quiet enough to sleep well. The staff are so welcoming and the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable as well.

The hotel room did not have a direct view. The bathtub/shower did not drain, pillows smelled like someone’s sweat, ceiling fan did not work. Everything was shut down in the area!

Quick one night stop-over on our way up the coast. Very compact area as you would expect from a coastal vacation town, but quite manageable. The place is in good condition and is comfortable with easy access to the beach and the town.
