Really friendly and service-minded staff, but the hotel is very worn down, feels damp, and many areas are closed. The stay was heavily affected by ongoing renovations, which were not mentioned at the time of booking. I was injured on the bridge leading to the hotel due to the renovation work (which is the only access route). Staff were initially unsure how to handle the situation, but later assisted me to the hospital and were very helpful and kind.
