Dirty, “Beachview” obstructed, outside bar closed most of stay, trash in bushes, overgrown walkway to beach, couldn’t sit on balcony bc smell of marijuana and it being so dirty, someone’s contact stuck to nightstand

if i could give 0 starts i would. bed bugs, broken door handles, the stove turned on and off by itself multiple times, the refrigerator in the room didn’t work, the on site restaurant wasn’t open one time, thei’ launder area’ smelled like cat pee, i really have nothing positive to report. we even requested a refund because our stay was so bad.

Not sure I would stay again.

Pool was nice but the chairs are In need of a cleaning along with the deck area. Bathroom was worse than an outhouse. Location keeps this place going. Right off the beach and affordable. Tiki bar was awesome and the drinks delicious. But not open on Sunday. We had a ton of mold in the shower. The place is old and wore out. Needs a ton of cleaning and maintance. But overall it’s a good bang for your buck.

My mom and I have been staying here for girls trips for the last 14 years. We’ve always loved it and the only bad part is no elevator. This may have to be our last girls trip. We enjoyed it so much but with her getting older, the stairs are just a little too much on her. We love this hotel and will remain hopeful for any sort of accommodations in the future!

Stay was good. Customer service did not speak English. They asked for a security deposit hold that they have yet to return my calls about refunding and it’s been more than 2 weeks. I also chose to pay at the property and they canceled my reservation 2 days prior bc they had not received payment. This is a property you will need to pay upfront.

Our family stays here every year & we love it! The staff is always nice & we love the pool & Tiki bar. I wish this hotel had elevators, that is literally the only negative part. We will definitely be staying here again though.

Great affordable place to stay

No elevators when your 8 months pregnant kinda sucked but thankfully there is not many floors to this hotel. Good price in comparison to other hotels around on the beach. Nice pool and separate outdoor lounge area with games to play. I would stay here again!

So I was charged an additional $5 per day in order to process the resort fee. Not to mention that it took 5 phone calls to even find out what the additional charge was for. Go to a clearner more reputable place.
