Room had bad odor pillows didn't have covers no towels ask for the stuff and was told come a few minutes never came, the tv looks like something was thrown glass was shattered inside we were looking half picture and half lights, if those 4 things were fixed it would be okay to stay for more days, just stay one night.

They guy and his wife are pretty descent people and they have great customer service, very friendly. Rooms are okay and clean. There is everything around the hotel from Walgreens to McDonald's and downtown is a 10 minute walk.

Fire alarm went off twice, waking us up. Somebody pounding on my door at 3:30am, I had to get out of bed and tell them to go away.

I didnt even sleep the night. I parked, looked sketchy from the outside and for good reason. Walked up and was approached by a gentleman upon reaching the door who followed me in trying to get my number, telling me he could provide me with anything I wanted or needed. Staff informed me at check in that it was cash only. Did not want to give me my id back until i returned the room key but I wasnt allowing anyone to just keep my id. Go into the room where there was no heat and the window was left open. This is Feb with 2 ft of snow outside. The room was disgusting. Light was so dim you couldnt see without opening the curtain. Didnt even step foot in the bathroom. The pictures dont show the real condition inside. Enough free parking for about 6 cars if the parking lot is cleared but it wasnt. Im not expecting super nice with the price but for $10 more I went to Days Innand slept comfortably after driving a long time.

There was no hot water the entire night. The fire alarm kept going off. The room was filthy and smelled heavily of smoke so much so the odor is still in my coat. If you’re going to stay here do NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN! It’s best for heavy smokers and men. The carpet was dirty the blanket had cigarette holes burned into them. There was food trash in the window. We had to sleep freezing cold with the window open to combat the smell.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything was dirty, the bed, the towels, the carpet. I had to ask for the remote for the TV and AC. The AC remote did not work, the front desk attendant stood on the bed to reach to turn on the AC.
