Many places to eat at walking distance and essential shopping at hand. The room was perfect, clean, wifi fast, heating silent and breakfast self-help counter well equipped and most practical. Cinque Sogni is a great place to stay in Rome. In the outer Rome area it is more peaceful and not too noisy. Easy access to the Metro. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom is well appointed. A kitchenette and communal breakfast area is well set up with a selection of foods and beverages. A convenient fridge freezer combo for perishable foods. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Excellent Stay for Group/Family in Central Rome

We booked multiple rooms for family and friends. Everyone enjoyed their stay at Cinque Sogni. Location is excellent and rooms were quite comfortable and clean. Common area and kitchen were very good for our group to get together and enjoy coffee from the provided Lavazza machine. It was better than a hotel stay because we can enjoy each other's company in relative privacy in the common room and kitchen. AC was needed for a few hot days and it works flawlessly. The only drawback the rooms do not have safety box, however we feel safe to leave our belongings in the room.

Simplistic breakfast for a 100 euros

We were very pleased with the location, just next to bologna station, pizzerias, conad etc. Room and bed size is huge which is a big plus. Wi-Fi worked great. Shower hose could be cleaner, you can see the dirt unfortunately. Breakfast is self service which means no eggs, cheese, salami, at least we didn't see any at all, just snacks. Pretty disappointing for us. Noise from the street can be a bit of an issue but luckily we were super tired and slept quickly.

My wife and I stayed at Cinque Sogni for a week while in Rome. This was our first time in Rome, and we chose Cinque Sogni because of its proximity to the Train Station we arrived in Rome. Traveling around Rome was relatively easy from Cinque Sogni as the Bologna Metro Stop was a minute away, and all of the major tourist stops were within a 30 minute Metro trip. Our primary problem with Cinque Sogni was property itself. The room we were in didn't have any counter space in the room, and we used a small bed side table and another small table to hold our luggage. Aside from not having counter space, there wasnt a safe in the room to keep our valuables. Lastly, the walls of the property are very thin, and we were able to hear many of our fellow guests as they talked in the common area.

Escapade de qqs jours en famille. 2 chambres Emplacement facile d'accès ( Bologna) à 3 stations de métro de Termini. Supérette et qqs restos en face. Plutot calme mis à part les autres voyageurs qui se croient seul au monde. Bémol sur le petit dejeuner, pas de produits frais ni de fruits.( croissant et gâteaux emballés, céréales ,lait, café) Vérifier votre vaisselle, c'est à vous de la faire et certains sont peu regardant . Dans l'ensemble, je recommande .

Tutto Meraviglioso

Localizado ao lado do metrô Bologna e pertinho do ponto de ônibus em uma vizinhança agradável. Fácil de chegar a qualquer lugar em Roma. O quarto Terra é confortável, discreto, com banheiro privativo dentro do quarto. O café da manhã atende plenamente as necessidades. A cidade… esta é uma história de mais de 2000 anos. Todos os caminhos levam a Roma. E não é por acaso.

Buona struttura. Non c’è una reception ma una signora viene a pulire tutti i giorni intorno alle 10. Inoltre su what app rispondono rapidamente. Colazione “imbustata”, ovvero sono presenti varie merendine ( di marca buona!), succhi, latte, caffe e quant altro. Nulla di salato però e nemmeno della frutta. Comunque accettabile. Prezzo altino ma ormai a Roma non si trova nulla sotto i 65/70 euro notte quindi in realtà quest hotel è decisamente superiore alla media visto che è ben pulito, funziona tutto e le stanze sono comode.

Property was like a big apartment and your room is private with a private bathroom and shower. There are about 3 other rooms in this same apartment. Shared common area in the kitchen. We never came across other people so it felt like your own space. Really clean and spacious once inside the room. Would stay here again if you don’t mind traveling a little outside of central city in Rome. Wasn’t a fan of breakfast as it was packaged bread and biscuits but there are local coffee shops nearby with fresh bakery. Check in and check out was super easy and the girls responded very quickly to any questions I had.

If you want easy access to the metro and everything else Rome this is the place! It also happens to be clean and has excellent air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast offerings is a good snack to start the day. Rooms and bathrooms are all at the level of quality you would typically pay much more for, I was impressed. Cleaner and nicer than well know hotel chains. Within view of the little green park that sits above the metro station it is convenient. For Americans it looks like a sketchy place, but all Italy seems to have bars over window and doors etc., it was safe enough even coming back very late. The building and room itself is very secure. The owner is friendly and very helpful, though you may only see her staff, she is always very quick to respond to phone or email.

STANZA SPORCHISSIMA

La stanza è molto carina e la posizione è comoda. Il grandissimo problema è che la stanza era completamente ricoperta di polvere..per terra sembrava pulitissimo per via del colore del pavimento (che è grigio ) e quindi nascondeva bene. Mi sono accorta di questa sporcizia perchè appoggiando lo zaino per terra, quando poi l'ho risollevato era completamente bianco di polvere.Non avevano spazzato e lavato a terra da secoli. Inoltre il piumone e le lenzuola erano abbastanza sporche..sono stata tutta la notte a grattarmi..non so cosa ci fosse nel letto.. se cimici o altro ma non ho potuto riposare per via dell'eccessivo prurito provocatomi da quel materasso. Ero felice di essere li appena arrivata ma dopo pochi minuti mi son dovuta ricredere..e ho pagato pure 65 euro per quella sporcizia. Ah dimenticavo.. reception inesistente.

Nice location not in City Center but a lovely neighborhood Bologna 2 metro stops away, very large room, they let us check in early, called us a cab to leave recommended a great restaurant . Comfy bed and immaculate room.
