An older hotel with a bit of character, complete with physical room keys. Clean enough, with friendly staff, and it gets the job done for a simple stay. The location is on the quieter side of the station, so there are fewer restaurants right outside, but a convenience store is nearby for anything you need. Basic but perfectly serviceable for a night’s rest.

This property is actually exceptional for the current price, its much different then hotel stays in the US. The rooms are smaller but probably normal for the area where space is a premium. The only difficulty that I had is that Google brings you from the train to the property next store that is also labeled as Grand Kanachu but it is closed for renovation. After a long flight and train rides I was a bit freaked out but a security guard saw me and brought me next door to the front desk and everything was good.

何度かお世話になっております。 ホテル自体、建物はとても立地が良く大変便利なのに静かです。 お部屋もゆっくり出来てアメニティも揃っていて良いと思います。 シモンズベッドのマットレスが、普段からAirで寝ていてしかも寝付きの悪い自分でも腰等が痛くなる事もなく快適です。 スタッフの方々も皆さんご親切なので、こちらの方で宿泊となる際は必ずこちらのホテルにお世話になります。

駅からのアクセスがよく、駅前のホテルでありながら、最上階のせいか通過する電車の音が全く気にならず、泊まった部屋だからなのかもしれないが、相模湾の海岸まで見渡せ、チェックアウトギリギリまで部屋にいようと気分になったほど。朝食も充実していて大満足の滞在。ありがとうございました！！

家族4人で宿泊。 部屋は広く、風呂トイレ別、ベッドもそれぞれ用意されていて快適でした。 唯一不満があるとすれば、朝食だけ。 その日は団体客も宿泊していた様で、食事が同じ時間帯になってしまって、(バイキングなので)食べ物を取りにいこうにも取りづらく落ち着きませんでした。そのような時は、時間を少しずらすなり対応して欲しい。
