Shops outside in the high st (not many ),chinese takeaway not too far away ..small morrisons and a small tesco ...only 1atm in town as far as i know that is at the small tesco..clean rooms ,staff very polite and helpful 5☆ for them all. Parking at the rear of the pub / hotel ,dont forget to pit your registration in the keypad inside the bar

Nice staff, especially the young man that changed our room for one without stairs to climb. We have used this as a preferred location several times before. One big surprise this time was a glass of white wine and a half of Peroni was charged at £16.30! That was something of a surprise and not typical of other pubs locally. If staying there consider drinking elsewhere.
