We stayed at 4 different properties in 4 different Italian cities during our time in Rome, and this was by far our favorite. The location was great (a 15-20 min walk to the Colosseum), the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was comfortable.
We stayed in room that got subdivided into 2 “rooms” (no door, but a walkway). It was perfect for our family. My husband and I had a double sized bed while the 3 kids each had a single. There was the ability to have one more single if needed. The bathroom was nice, the AC worked well, and the internet worked.
Breakfast was very nice with coffee for adults and hot chocolate for kids, and an assortment of pastries, fruit, cold meats and cheeses.
There *is* a tiny elevator, but the stairs were very reasonable and doable. Note that there were a few steps from the lobby to the elevator in case your mobility prohibits the use of any stairs.
We would absolutely stay here again and recommend if to others.
